At Better Now Disability Services we deliver in-home support, community access, transport, short-term respite, Supported Independent Living, as well as therapy coordination, nursing supports, support coordination and plan management. Every service is tailored to your goals, routines and preferred suburbs across Greater Sydney.
Yes. We support self-managed and plan-managed participants, and we can work with NDIA-managed participants where the support item is eligible. The NDIS allows three ways to manage funding and you can even use a mix.
If you are registered, add your legal provider name and NDIS provider number here so participants can confirm it quickly. If you are not registered, be clear that you work with self-managed and plan-managed participants and follow the NDIS Code of Conduct and quality and safeguarding obligations that apply to all providers.
We cover Greater Sydney including the CBD, Inner West, Western Sydney, South West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, the Hills and Sutherland Shire. Common service areas include Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, Liverpool, Burwood, Bankstown, Chatswood, Manly and Cronulla. If your suburb is not listed, ask and we will confirm availability.
Once you authorise a service agreement and we match the right worker, we can usually commence quickly subject to roster space and risk checks. Tell us your preferred days and times and we will line up the earliest start.
We align our quotes with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the Support Catalogue. The 2025 to 2026 pricing took effect on 1 July 2025. We explain billable items such as provider travel and any non face to face time before you book so there are no surprises.
Yes. Workers in risk assessed roles hold an NDIS Worker Screening clearance and complete role-specific onboarding. Unregistered providers and self-managed participants can also request checks and verify clearances through the appropriate channels. We maintain current records and recheck as required.
Absolutely. We provide progress notes and reports that describe outcomes against your goals and how supports have been delivered. If you have Support Coordination, we collaborate so your budget, rosters and evidence are all aligned.
Yes. We provide culturally safe and inclusive supports, including matching for language, culture and worker attributes where possible. Let us know your preferences and we will do our best to accommodate.
